We currently deliver to all areas within Bangladesh. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

Delivery Timeframes

*Delivery times are calculated from the date of order confirmation and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeline

You can return items within 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Items are eligible for return if they:

  • Are in original condition with tags attached
  • Have not been used, worn, or damaged
  • Are returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse

3. Refund Information

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Bank transfer (for cash on delivery orders)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for return pickup at no cost to you
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided
  • We will cover all return shipping costs

We offer exchanges for size or color variations within the same return window. The exchange process follows the same timeline as returns, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
